Victoria Pascoe - Founder

Upon graduating from Boston College with her BA in Communications and Art History, Victoria worked in the field of Public Health for 5 years. Then, after a pivot to the design industry, she 10 years building her career with manufacturers and representatives in New York City, Portland, and Seattle. Victoria struck out to build Dame in 2023. Victoria's extensive experience with acoustics in the workspace and ancillary furniture knowledge give her a strong base for building her business. Starting her own firm has provided her with the ability to have agency when it comes to the brands she choses to align with and the freedom to serve her clients in a way that reflects her values, priorities, and passions. Her true strength lies in forming strong relationships with architects, dealers, and end-users alike and coming to the table as a collaborative and dependable partner, clear communicator, and a trustworthy resource.

She lives in Tacoma with her husband Matt, who also works in the industry, their twin baby girls Charlotte and Louise. Victoria spends every free minute she has in the garden and grows enough vegetables and flowers for herself and all of her neighbors.

Matt Boynton - Co-Founder/COO

Matt hails from Massachusetts, and received a BS in Business Administration with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship from Babson College in 2009. He started his career in the design industry in New York, where he and Victoria lived until 2020, when they moved to Tacoma. Matt has managed a sales office for an Italian hardware company, run North American operations for an Amsterdam-based walls company owned by MillerKnoll, and then most recently led business development for Steelcase in the Pacific Northwest. He joined Dame full-time in August 2026.

Melissa Malate - Virtual Assistant

Melissa is an Interior Design graduate with a background in design and project management. Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, she worked as a Design Manager specializing in FF&E for hospitality projects and later as a Project Manager for a global acoustic solutions company. Her experience has equipped her with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to supporting clients and keeping projects on track.

Based in the Philippines, Melissa lives with her husband and their three boys, including a set of energetic twins who keep life fun and busy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and making the most of beach days whenever they can.
